Azizi, 53, male, a Malaysian, holds an MBA from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University, USA. He had also attended leadership program at Harvard, Cambridge and Stanford. He has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, which includes engineering, operations, sales, product development and management. He started his career with the Royal Malaysian Army as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Signals Regiment from 1987 to 1996, where his main responsibilities were in planning tactical radio networks, evaluating new equipment and training. Azizi was also the Country Business Development Manager of Global One Communications, an international telecommunications service provider where he was entrusted with the country’s MNC sales in 1999. Prior to joining TM in 2006, he was with Maxis Communications Berhad as the Head of Broadband Business Unit and in Network Engineering and Operations.
Azizi’s career in TM started as the General Manager, Technology and Innovation of TM Retail. He was then promoted to Vice President of Retail Product on 1 February 2009 where he was responsible for the development and commercialisation of TM’s products and services. He then became the Executive Vice President (EVP), SME in 2011 before assuming his role as Chief Operating Officer of webe in 2014 and later Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of webe on 1 August 2016. He was subsequently appointed EVP, TM ONE on 15 May 2017, to lead TM ONE through the transformation journey further to improve TM’s market share as a fully integrated digital enabler enterprises and public sector. Azizi is also a board member of several subsidiaries under the purview of TM ONE including VADS Berhad.
Wan Ahmad Kamal, 53, male, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
Wan Ahmad Kamal has over 25 years of professional experience specialising and focusing on the Go-to-Market, Business Development, Channel Management and Integrated Marketing roles across the Enterprise and Service Provider markets in Malaysia and South East Asia.
His career began in 1986 as an Assistant Director of Planning and Research Division with the Ministry of Education Malaysia until 1990 and later moved to Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad (now known as the Sime Darby Group) in a Sales Management role. In 1994, he joined Sapura Systems Malaysia, a JV company between Sapura Telecommunications Berhad and Hewlett Packard Sales Malaysia, where he served in Sales, Channel, Marketing and Product Management roles.
In 2000, he joined Juniper Networks Inc. as the Country Manager, Malaysia and was made the Sales Director for Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam in 2002. He was later appointed as Managing Director Malaysia in 2007 and promoted as Managing Director ASEAN in 2012 - responsible for Juniper Networks Sales and Operation in South East Asia.
Wan Ahmad Kamal joined TM on 1 June 2014 as EVP, Enterprise. He sits on the board of several subsidiaries of TM Group including VADS Berhad.
He is also a member of the Industry Advisory Panel of University Teknologi Petronas (UTP) since February 2016.
Mohd Roslan, aged 51, male, a Malaysian, holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, New York City in 1984 and obtained a Master’s degree in Communications Management, from University of Strathclyde, Scotland in 2008.
He joined TM in 1990 as a Switching Engineer and in 1995 seconded to Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) to develop network masterplan for Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC); and later spearheaded the development of Smart School Flagship and Smart Card Flagship Applications.
From 1997-2005, he served in TM Net Sdn Bhd as Chief Technology Officer and was instrumental in re-engineering TM Net network and developing its Data Centre and Streamyx services.
In 2005, he was appointed CEO of Meganet Communications Sdn Bhd, a JV company between TM and NTT Japan, focusing on System Integration and Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS). In 2007, he was entrusted to draft and develop Iskandar Development Region (IDR) masterplan with IRDA and other stakeholders. He was then appointed as TM Johor State Vice President, where he was instrumental in putting TM’s presence in Nusajaya, the starting point for TM’s direct involvement in Iskandar Malaysia’s development.
Mohd Roslan was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of GITN in 2014. He was promoted to his current role as TM’s Head of Government on 15 May 2017 to have more effective role in managing the government sector in a broader context while continues to serve as CEO of GITN.
Nizam, 53, male, a Malaysian, holds a Bachelor in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.
Prior to joining TM, he has had several roles in systems support and solution management with global companies including Nixdorf Computer, Ericson AB, IBM Inc and Sun Microsystems Inc. He joined TM in 2007, where he was appointed as General Manager for IT Architecture to look into migration of all legacy systems. He was later appointed as Vice President, Group Information Technology (IT) in 2008 spearheading TM IT transformation to support TM’s Fibre to the Home (FTTH) rollout programme. He was also tasked to lead the Digital initiative to oversee the optimisation of business processes within network strategy, development and operations and the systems needed to support TM Digital Transformation. Nizam was appointed CEO of VADS Berhad on 15 May 2017. As part of the realignment of TM ONE organisation, he has been assigned as Chief Technology Officer of TM ONE and continues to serve as CEO of VADS.
Shazurawati is the Vice President (VP) of Partnership for TM ONE. She leads and oversees the TM ONE’s partnership program and alliances across the industry verticals, technology, product, services and solutions with both local and global players to strengthen the value chain for the local businesses and public sectors.
She was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of VADS Bhd when she also served as a Director for VADS Professional Services Sdn Bhd, VADS Solutions Sdn Bhd, VADS E-Services Sdn Bhd, Meganet Communications Sdn Bhd and PT VADS Indonesia. She was responsible for the ICT delivery and operations across multiple product towers, technical professionals and 24X7 operations nationwide for the businesses and enterprises.
Prior to that, she was the VP of the Technology and Innovation (T&I) for Telekom Malaysia’s (TM’s) technical department (IT and Network Technology) that transforms and delivers the technical design and development of TM’s commercial products and offerings, customer premises equipment (CPE) supply management and technology business strategy that includes the mobile strategy, IT&NT strategy blueprint and technical tendering methodology and framework.
She has deep cross-functional experience in TM having previously been instrumental with TM Group’s Program Management Office (PMO) in leading the cost and capital management initiatives and TM ONE Revenue PMO to drive overall implementation of business transformation and improvement program across the company aligned to strategic roadmap.
She began her career serving the international submarine cable operation working with consortiums of global carriers, working for a mobile subsidiary product management unit and leads an internal audit practice.
Shazurawati, holds a Masters in Engineering (MEng) from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, a BA in Electrical Engineering also from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom and was a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She has attended training in Stanford University and various other Executive courses.
As Chief Marketing Officer of TM ONE, Mahmoud Dasser is responsible for Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s (TM) overall alliances development, marketing strategy and execution in TM ONE. Mahmoud’s focus is to develop strategic alliances in the ICT and BPO domains and engage with key local and global ICT players to jointly create economic value for the local industries, communities and government institutions.
Prior to his recent relocation to Malaysia, he was the Vice President at Etissalat Group in Saudi Arabia, where he established new alliances and partnerships practice with global, and local ICT and Cloud Services players to accelerate a number of country transformation initiatives in health, education, smart cities and financial services.
Mahmoud is a 16-year Cisco veteran who has taken on a wide variety of international leadership roles in both developed and developing countries. He managed a billion dollar business by leading a Cisco partner organisation in Africa and Middle East. Having established Cisco’s cloud and managed service practice in Emerging Markets, he also led the partnership effort to help Cisco enter the worldwide mobile market by driving joint Go-to-Market strategies with key mobile industry players.
Prior to joining Cisco, Mahmoud had various leadership roles within Swisscom organisation where he supported the top Swiss multinational corporation in their business transformation and globalisation efforts.
Mahmoud is very passionate about the African continent development. He created a new venture as co-founder of a project that provides high-speed broadband capacity and cloud services to African SME, NGO and government institutions.
Mahmoud holds an Engineering Degree in Telecommunications from Telecom Paris Tech, French engineering school. Originally from Morocco, Mahmoud spent more than 20 years in Geneva, Switzerland with his wife and two children and now lives in Kuala Lumpur.
With over 20 years of experience under his belt in Human Resource (HR) Management, Suhaimi has served in multinational corporations and reputable local companies across industries and countries. He was involved in the full spectrum of HR disciplines; ranging from organisational development, change and performance management, total rewards, industrial relations, employee engagement and talent development.
Suhaimi started his career in IBM World Trade Corporation as Customer Engineer, and moved on to become a Sales Leader in the public sector. Suhaimi began as HR General Manager in IBM World Trade Corporation, Malaysia in 1996, and thereafter, Head of Total Compensation, HR for IBM ASEAN/ South Asia. He was then promoted to Program Director and Head of Compensation Operations for IBM APAC, Tokyo. His last role with the multinational corporation was Director, HR for IBM Malaysia. He later joined Maxis Berhad in October 2005 before joining Proton Holdings Berhad and Mesiniaga Berhad prior to joining webe as the HR Leader.
Then in 2016, Suhaimi joined TM Group as the Chief People Experience Officer of webe, prior to his reassignment on 15 May 2017 to TM’s main business cluster as Chief People Experience Officer of TM ONE. On 1 January 2018, Suhaimi was appointed as Acting Chief Human Capital Officer of TM, leading the human resource management for TM Group.
As of 1 October 2018, Suhaimi is once again leading TM ONE as Chief People Experience Officer.
Mohd Shah started his career with Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad where he was assigned as a Junior Audit Assistant for about two years. The experience gained as an auditor and performed auditing works in many companies from various industries has helped him in understanding the importance of internal control, proper governance and timely updating of financial records for management and statutory reporting needs.
Mohd Shah joined TM in late 1986 during the privatisation of Jabatan Telekom Malaysia to a Government Linked Company, Syarikat Telekom Malaysia Berhad, where he was appointed as Junior Account Assistant at the Central Region.
During his 30+ years in service with TM, he has assumed various roles and positions that includes planning, budgeting, management reporting, procurement and financial operation. His last position was as the General Manager, Business Finance TM Government prior to the appointment as CFO of VADS Berhad on 31st May 2017.

Prior to joining TM, Latifah was a legal practitioner in Ipoh specialising in litigation of debt recovery chiefly for clients in the banking and financial institution.
Then in 1997, Latifah began her career in TM's Legal Unit handling the preparation, negotiation and the execution of contracts. These included MSC Mega Projects such as Smart School and Electronic Government, a demerger exercise in 2008, High-Speed Broadband project, Menara KL (KL Tower) Concession Agreement, the acquisition of shares in companies, sale of businesses and related Shareholders and Share Sale Agreements. She was also the Project Manager in establishing TM Contract Management Centre, a centralised depository of Telekom Malaysia’s legal documents in 2015.
She then continued her venture in Group Procurement (GP), involved in procurement processes for GP Management and Operations Committee and Contract Management for suppliers. As the Head of Seller Contract Management, Latifah believed a solid work structure stemmed from ensuring all procedures and processes were in place.
Fast-forward 2017, Latifah now heads the Business Counsel and Contract Management Unit (BCCM) at TM ONE. Her current portfolio entails handling and managing service agreements for customers, as well as appointed suppliers and partners.

Any dispute between you and TM ONE regarding this T&C will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia and you expressly waive all defences to jurisdiction. You agree that TM ONE Website shall, for the purpose of determining jurisdiction and applicable law, be deemed to have originated and been provided by TM ONE in and from Malaysia.
This T&C contain the entire understanding between the parties hereto with respect to TM ONE Website, and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements or understandings between you and TM ONE, and no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from this Website (whether before or after the date you accept this T&C) shall create any obligation or warranty on the part of TM ONE not expressly stated herein. TM ONE reserves the right to amend any of the provisions of this T&C from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on TM ONE Website.
