    • Is my area covered?
      We continue to expand our wireless 4G and 5G coverage nationwide. We recommend you to check our coverage map and determine if your mostly visited areas are within our coverage.
    • Steps to subscribe UNI5G online using your company email
      1. Click your chosen plan
      2. Fill up your details and use your company email to subscribe.
      3. Choose whether you want the sim to be delivered or pick up at any Unifi store
      4. Submit and make payment.
    • What is 5G, how can I connect to 5G?
      5G is the latest wireless technology that offers faster and better connectivity. To enjoy 5G on UNI5G, you will need to be within our 5G coverage and using a 5G enabled device.
    • I do not own a 5G device. Can I use UNI5G Postpaid?
      Yes, you will be connected to Unifi 4G LTE coverage nationwide.
    • Can I keep my existing number?
      Yes, it’s possible. Below are the steps of switching to UNI5G Postpaid from your old telco provider:

      1. Keep your postpaid or prepaid numbers and switch to unifi Mobile at no charge. You'll need to port over ALL supplementary lines (up to 4) if any.
      2. The principle number must be registered under your ID and must not be under any ongoing contract or has any outstanding payments
      3. SIM card will be delivered to you after order successful.
      4. Within 3 working days, you will receive an SMS confirmation from your current provider to confirm the switch.
      5. Once your switch is successful, insert your unifi mobile SIM card. Your phone will trigger a message. Press accept and follow the steps.
