The afternoon opened with a familiar Malaysian welcome: warm greetings, arriving guests and the distinctive aroma of freshly opened durian filling The Glass Suite at BoraOmbak, Putrajaya.
Held on 15 July 2026, Durian Feast 2026 centred on appreciation, fellowship and partnership. More than a customer hospitality event, the occasion reflected TM One’s commitment to nurturing meaningful, long-term relationships with the public sector.
These relationships support TM One’s contribution to national priorities, from advancing cloud transformation and data sovereignty to enabling smarter cities, digital public services, cybersecurity and critical national platforms. They show how collaboration can translate into meaningful outcomes for Government agencies and the communities they serve.

Creating Space for Meaningful Connection

Digital transformation programmes are often shaped through formal discussions. Yet their success also depends on reliability, mutual understanding and confidence between partners.
As TM’s enterprise and Government solutions arm, TM One carries forward an 80-year legacy of serving the nation by supporting businesses, public-sector organisations and Malaysia’s evolving digital needs.
Durian Feast 2026 brought this longstanding spirit of service into a more informal setting, where customers and TM One representatives could connect beyond formalities and immediate project requirements.

Appreciation at the Heart of Partnership

Customer engagements such as these offer a moment to acknowledge the journey, recognise the people behind it and express TM One’s appreciation for the continued confidence of its Government customers. Reflecting on the event, Puan Shanti Jusnita Johari, Executive Vice President, TM One, shared:
“My hope is that Fiesta Durian, organised by TM One, will further strengthen the bonds of friendship that have grown through our collaboration with our customers. We hope that the warmth and trust we have built together will continue to grow stronger in the future. On behalf of TM One, I would like to thank everyone who joined us for this Fiesta Durian. I am truly grateful for the positive response, and I hope we will have the opportunity to meet again.”
Her remarks captured the spirit of the afternoon, which is the importance of sustaining relationships beyond formal engagements. These moments reinforced that trust is built over time through reliable delivery, open communication and a continued willingness to listen.

Relationships That Support Transformation

For Government organisations, digital transformation is rarely a short-term exercise. It requires sustained collaboration across agencies and stakeholders, alongside evolving priorities and increasingly complex operational environments.
Durian Feast 2026 was therefore more than a celebration of the King of Fruits. It was a celebration of the shared commitments and enduring relationships that enable organisations to move forward together.
TM One remains committed to supporting Government and the nation through trusted digital capabilities, reliable service and a shared purpose.
